💡 What: Added .accessibilityElement(children: .combine) to the ContentView.swift empty state view.
🎯 Why: To ensure VoiceOver reads the empty state message and its sub-text as a single unified statement rather than disjointed fragments.
📸 Before/After: VoiceOver previously read the icon and each text line separately. Now it reads the entire empty state cohesively.
♿ Accessibility: Improved screen reader experience for the main cache empty state.
